InterContinental® Lyon - Hôtel Dieu is the theater of several collaborations of loyal participants of Hostys Connect. It is the largest private operation to reconvert a historic monument ever carried out in France.
Eiffage Construction, PRADEAU Morin was in charge of the reconvertion of the site and of the preservation of this historical monument.
Malam FF&E Solutions, was in change of purchasing and project management.
5 years, 51 500 sqm, more than 1,000 people mobilized
The Hôtel-Dieu hospice was created in 12th century by the clergy.
For Jean-Philippe Nuel, in charge of the interior design of the hotel the challenge was significant.
He managed to preserve the spirit of the place and pay close attention to architectural details.
For the lighting of the club lounge Jean-Philippe Nuel had a clear idea of the desired final result.
Thanks to Hostys Connect, Jean-Philippe Nuel managed to find the ideal craftman to achieve these custom-made chandeliers with extraordinary dimensions.
Hugues Rambert was able to design and only 3 months chandeliers of more than 2m height in metal and silk with the light transmission.
